HR Generalist

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage full cycle hiring process: from discussing the ideal candidate profile with hiring managers to signing the offer.

  • Managing the pre-onboarding and onboarding processes for new employees.

  • Supporting corporate culture through regular communication and event organization.

  • Monitoring employee satisfaction and working on retention and development strategies.

Our expectations:

  • Experience in recruitment (at least 1 year), preferably in IT.

  • Advanced level in English at least (both spoken and written) with the ability to effectively communicate with clients.

  • Experience in organizing onboarding and pre-onboarding processes.

  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Data-driven mindset: ability to analyze metrics and use data to optimize hiring processes.
