Key responsibilities:
Manage full cycle hiring process: from discussing the ideal candidate profile with hiring managers to signing the offer.
Managing the pre-onboarding and onboarding processes for new employees.
Supporting corporate culture through regular communication and event organization.
Monitoring employee satisfaction and working on retention and development strategies.
Our expectations:
Experience in recruitment (at least 1 year), preferably in IT.
Advanced level in English at least (both spoken and written) with the ability to effectively communicate with clients.
Experience in organizing onboarding and pre-onboarding processes.
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Data-driven mindset: ability to analyze metrics and use data to optimize hiring processes.
