About the Role

We seek a highly responsible, Strong Junior/Middle Project Manager who shares our passion for creating AI-digital products. You will be pivotal in managing software development projects, ensuring that business and engineering teams can create high-quality solutions.
You’ll oversee the projects lifecycle, ensuring adherence to quality standards and Agile methodologies while facilitating clear communication across the cross-functional team and stakeholders. Your leadership will contribute to the value delivery and growth of collaboration with our clients.

Requirements:

—2+ years of experience in Project Management within the software development industry;

— Advanced English (written and verbal communication proficiency);

— Expertise in Agile development: Scrum, Kanban, Hybrid frameworks;

— Strong analysis skills with the ability to use data to drive project decisions, optimize processes, and solve business problems;

— Ownership attitude and high-sense of responsibility;

— Experience in managing the product backlog and writing requirements (User Stories, Acceptance Criteria);

— Experience working with JIRA, Confluence;

— Experience with time and material and fixed price projects;

— Experience with Change Management;

— Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders and cross-functional team, which require balancing priorities and needs.

— Experience leading cross-functional teams, driving high performance and engagement through process improvements.

Will be a plus:

— CAPM certification (or similar);

— Agile/Scrum certification;

— Product Management/BA courses or certifications;

— Generative AI experience (prompt engineering course, managing development of digital products or features with AI).

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline while maintaining high client satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with a cross-functional team to execute projects, mitigate risks, and enhance cooperation to achieve project goals and deliver value to stakeholders.

— Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously in the AI Assistants development domain, ensuring alignment with business goals and organisational priorities;

— Lead software development team to deliver within the constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and resources;

— Closely collaborate with Stakeholders on scope, elaborate on requirements, and translate them into tasks for the development team;

— Lead and facilitate meetings with the stakeholders. Conduct grooming, planning, and brainstorming sessions;

— Manage release schedule, scope, and dependencies;

— Proactively identify blockers, mitigate risks, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables;

— Report project status to stakeholders;

— Manage project finances by creating financial reports, forecasting, planning, and implementing optimizations to achieve the desired GP margin level;

— Mentor, guide, and motivate team members, ensuring continuous professional development (among 1-1 and performance reviews) while fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and innovation.
