Job requirements

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding & Offboarding – ensure smooth integration and exit processes.

  • One-to-One & Team Support – regular check-ins, career guidance, and engagement initiatives.

  • L&D & People Development – manage learning programs, individual PDPs, workshops, and overall team development.

  • Documentation & Handbook Management – maintain all internal documentation, chart files, and employee handbooks.

  • Cross-Team & Manager Collaboration – coordinate with teams, managers, and departments; support HR processes and manage people-related risks.

  • External Partners – engage speakers and partners for learning and team development.

  • Analytics & Surveys – collect, analyze, and report team metrics to inform development initiatives.

  • Culture & Employer Brand – drive initiatives enhancing engagement, team culture, and employer branding.
